Yes indeed. You are correct! But he wanted to be able to access the video of the camera at anytime without having to put the car in reverse. On the radio itself was a wire designated for that output. But the only way to do it, I had to add the toggle switch. So now he has the video of the camera when he goes in reverse, and video at anytime via the toggle switch.

There is an opening right below the master cylinder, on the firewall, where you can run the wire through.

Have never ran a isolator with doing dual batteries in any install that I have done. Its cars that I have done 4-6 years ago with dual batteries hooked up together, and everything is still workin fine, with no problems at all. Not saying that you shouldn’t use a isolator. But just me personally, I never use them.

Preciate it! Its actually a customers truck that I did. Crazy part is that I think he just sold it.

Owner of the truck drives this truck everyday to work. I did all the entire sound system around 4 years ago, and its still bangin! Didnt feed the wires through the port. I ran wires from both speaker to the cups. Then on the outside of the cups, I jumped the wires and tied them together, and then ran them to the amp. No rattles or anything from the wires period. This box is next best thing, next to having a actual custom made box. You cant go wrong!!

Oh yea, your power, your rca’s, sound deadening all matters in how your system will sound. Some companies def try to sell you the cheap stuff, and charge you like its the good stuff, which is crazy🤦🏾‍♂️.

So when you are running any midbass, woofer, or sub in the bag, with a speaker in the lid, you def went to make sure they are both separated from each other, and baffle the lid speaker so that it wont play in the same airspace as the midbass, woofer, or subwoofer. If you dont dont do this, eventually the lid speaker will blow, cause of the pressure coming from the midbass, woofer or subwoofer. You can get them off of amazon. Just look up speaker baffle, and they should pop up.

Thats the year the owner told me it was🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️. Just going by what I was told.

Its def a 2008 cause I had a dash kit for a 2007 armada and it wouldn’t fit this truck. Had to send it back for the correct one.

When it comes to pick up trucks, either you can get a custom box specifically made for the subs you are using, or you go on foxacoustics.com, and choose one of there boxes. Their boxes are def worth it also. And with you saying you have the same truck, depending on if you have the crew cab or double cab, you may be able to put those 12’s in there.

Yes sirrr! The only thing that you have to do to make it fit, is cut the pieces of metal that are up against the back wall. They are along the bottom edge of the wall. Once you do that, your good!

I have no clue. Its a lot of people running subwoofers though. But damn near every bike that I have done has been a rider bike. And with midbass drivers or woofers, your still able to hear the bass even with the bike running.
